The name Terminalia comes from the Latin word “terminus”, meaning the meeting point of journeys.
It represents new beginnings, crossings, and destinations — the essence of what we do every day: helping people move from one world to another, with confidence and support.

Founded in Barcelona in 2022, Terminalia was created with one clear mission — to build a trusted bridge between Spain and Azerbaijan, offering people and institutions new opportunities to travel, study, and grow across borders.

Behind Terminalia stands over a decade of experience from the Azerbaijani Society in Barcelona (ASB) and Casa Azerbaiyán, organizations that have helped hundreds of students, professionals, and families find their path in Spain since 2015 and now also assist Spanish citizens, entrepreneurs, and travelers in discovering new opportunities in Azerbaijan.

Over the years, we’ve seen how many travel and education agencies unfortunately mislead or overcharge clients, providing little real support once payments are made. We’ve witnessed this problem firsthand within our community — and it became clear that something more honest and professional was needed.

That’s why we created Terminalia: to offer transparent, reliable, and people-centered services, where every client is treated with care, honesty, and respect from the very first message to their arrival in Spain or Azerbaijan.

Our headquarters are located in Barcelona, including our representative office in Baku, and supported by a growing network of partners and representatives throughout Spain and Azerbaijan.
